Shipping


We only use reputable and highly professional Shipping & Courier Companies including:

Courier Post is the primary carrier for national shipments under 25 Kilograms

All prices includes  GST, shipping cost will be charged an  extra depending on different area.

Please bring your order number when come to pick up.

Item must be picked up within 7 days, or order will be cancel automatically.

Carrier Times


Once payment is confirmed, TotalSafe endeavours to despatch all orders within 2 or 3 working days.


Please note, we CAN NOT deliver to Post Office boxes.


  • Orders that are received and payment confirmed BEFORE 2pm, are delivered within 1 or 2 working days.
  • Orders that are received and payment confirmed AFTER 2pm, will processed in next working day. And delivered within 2 or 3 working days.

TotalSafe keeps an economic level of stock of the most popular products in our warehouse however, backorders are sometimes required.


In the event an item must be backordered from the manufacturer, the customer will be notified of an approximate shipping date (if available). The customer can then choose to ship the remainder of the order and /or cancel the backordered item for a complete refund.

Insurance

FASTWAYS: This applies to most domestic shipments under 50kg going to a street address.


FASTWAYS include up to $1500 of insurance at no additional charge on all shipments. Additional insurance must be purchased by the buyer at the time of order.


TotalSafe is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that ARE NOT insured.


Freight Handling Fees


Handling fees are applied to most shipments to cover the cost of packing materials, storage, returns, labour, etc. These are stated upfront and included with the shipping fees.


TotalSafe does not inflate shipping or handling fees to make up for lower product costs.

If you feel that a shipping or handling fee is excessive, please contact us and if appropriate, we will review and adjust the cost.


For freight orders, handling fees can vary based on the size and complexity of the order. Average handling fees range between $10 and $50 per loaded skid.


Additional handling charges may apply for unusually large or odd shaped items or for expedited services.
